On July 1st. 2020, CHK leadership led all union members to launch a volunteer service with the theme of “Creating a Beautiful Shenzhen and Caring for Sanitation Workers”. CHK donates some gifts to more than 30 sanitation workers who were wearing work clothes in Baihua Area of Guangming District. Those consolation products such as Summer heat medicines, Milk, Oil, Rice，and mosquito bites prevention were welcomed by the sanitation workers.
At the event site, CHK employees learn from those sanitation workers to pick up brooms, shovels, and other tools according to the division of labor to clean up some small ads tied on the wall and clean roads in various lanes of Baihua Street.
Xiao Wensong, the organizer of CHK, said: “Recently hot weather has made the original cleaning work more difficult. Creating an atmosphere with Equally, Caring, and Understanding in which everyone respects sanitation workers and cherishes their labor, and consciously develops civilized habits. Sometimes, a small action, such as not littering, not throwing objects from the windows, not spitting everywhere, is not only to respect the sanitation workers, but also a manifestation of their own quality. We must work with them to create one more beautiful and tidy Shenzhen.”
This public welfare activity has been strongly affirmed by the Chamber of Commerce of Guangming District, and awarded the 2020 Caring Enterprise Medal to CHK, and called on the entire enterprises of Guangming District to learn from CHK, to vigorously promote Chinese traditional virtues, and spread positive social energy in order to create a better and beautiful China!
